Words For The Week

As the year comes to an end, I look back and reflect on what has transpired. A lot of movement this year. A lot of growth. Set new boundaries for myself and sticking to them. I even crossed off some things from my bucket list. I remember Carolyn Myss, the great medical intuitive talking about how we should view our bodies as a bank and we need to pay attention to the energy withdrawals we make. Well, I sure learned to save a lot more this year. Started a whole new energy plan! Setting better boundaries with people and time, gave me more time to create. A new website, new cameraman and hopefully our first show together will be done by the holidays. And yes, now planning a book about my experiences as a Reader. Here's the link where you'll find my new website, ReadingsByEva.com. All things New for the New Year and this New Chapter!

The StarVisions Community

The StarVisions Community is a group of healers who meet in the Mt. Kisco area for different activities. Healing circles, meditation, drumming and sacred ceremonies are scheduled and planned monthly by a deeply centered and energetic team of wisdom keepers. They do not have a designated meeting place and bounce around the area, but they are well worth a trip. I have gone for drumming and a Fall Solstice ceremony. I am looking forward to their Winter Solstice ceremony in December. You can find out about upcoming events at, StarVisions Community. I'm on their mailing list. A really nice group of people who are friendly and down to earth.

Energy Muse's New Book

Well here it is. The book that I have been waiting to see published all summer. These ladies at Energy Muse are the best! If you are not on their email list you should be. Their crystals and jewelry may be pricey, but they send the most informative emails weekly. I have learned so much from them. I've added prynite to my office area to bring in money. I also have a new morning ritual using a quartz crystal, it really helps me start the day off right. I take the quartz crystal and make a circle and then the sign of the cross over my head, back of my neck where negativity gets in, and then end with a circle and cross over my heart. I take a rose quartz heart and holding it over my heart, I affirm three things I'm grateful for. This is how I start my day. It has helped. I have learned so much about working with crystals from these ladies. Now their beautiful book is out. Setting up grids, writing affirmations and laying down crystals, this is a book everyone should have on their shelf! What a great present for your deeply connected friends. You'll find Heather and Timmi at, EnergyMuse.com.

Labyrinths

I was introduced to Labyrinths this summer. I had seen them around, there's one at the Edgar Cayce Center in Virginia Beach. But, it wasn't till I was working on some serious healing that my healer felt walking the Labyrinth would be a good idea. She felt walking the Labyrinth into past life issues would be an effective way to heal the wounds in the past life and then they would heal in this life. She suggested I walk the Labyrinth. The Labyrinth has been around over 4000 years. It is an Ancient symbol of Wholeness, walking a Purposeful Path. A Journey to our Center and Back. Since I always liked Walking Meditation, this was a great find for me. The Veriditas organization has a great website discussing the labyrinth. They also have a worldwide labyrinth finder where you can find one close to you. You will find this great information at Veriditas.org. Fall is a great time to be outside and walking the Labyrinth during this beautiful season is a great way to let go of some things before this year ends!
