Words For The Week

Another year is almost over. Throughout the year, I have read for hundreds of people at events and parties. For the most part, most people felt 2017 was a year where things were being cleared out. Not necessarily the worst, or the best, but progress was shown. Most clients felt they are still trying to steer their boat on course. I agree. I went through a lot of changes, son left home, sold the house and moved. But, I still feel there is unfinished business. Trying to figure out my next move, trying to figure out my children's next move. What did change was what was important. I really found some Peace once I moved. Things that use to bother me, I don't waste my energy getting upset over. I've simplified a lot of things. It's not about the show or the expensive gifts this time of year. I'm not getting a tree. I hung a wreath and a star. What is important to me now is, what do I need to do to be healthy and happy? How can I simplify things? How important is it really? I am just going with the Flow as best I can. Opportunities have shown up and Spirit as always, continues to guide me. But, I'm all about keeping it simple. Even during this hectic time, I will find my Retreat time because after this holiday season, I'll be hibernating just like the fox in the picture. Winter is a time to go Within. So Enjoy your holiday season and get ready for a New Year. I'll be spending a lot of time in thought the next few weeks, I have a New Year to ponder about where I am going.

Synchronicity

Synchronicity is a New Age store tucked away in Brewster, NY. Now that I live in Westchester county, I like venturing North to see what I can find. This store will not disappoint you. It is chocked full of New Age items that will make your friends smile this Holiday Season. They also have a large team of healers and readers scheduled there. I plan to check out some of their events during the Winter months. They have something for everyone. You'll find them at, Synchronicity.

Maureen Enright

Maureen Enright aka the Soap Lady has been making soap for many years now. Someone gave her a soap making kit a long time ago and Maureen took soap to a new level. I have been calling her for years. Her website is under construction, but if you forget someone on your list or you don't want to go somewhere empty handed, give Maureen a call. You tell her how much you want to spend and she will create something cuter than cute. The baskets shown are $20, but she makes beautiful soap trays for $5 and $10. Santa holding a star, golden reindeer flying across a bar of red cinnamon soap or a white Christmas tree on a beautiful smelling green balsam soap are on her list this year. This picture does not do her work justice. Maureen makes men's baskets, lotions and oils too. She can whip up party or wedding favors, very unique. I love her work, it is always a surprise every season! You can contact my Soap Lady at, me8140@gmail.com or call 718-794-1582.
